A MultiPlus Inverter with ESS Functionality

The MultiPlus-II GX includes all the trusted features of the Victron MultiPlus range, plus advanced Energy Storage System (ESS) capabilities. An external current sensor option extends PowerControl and PowerAssist to 50A or 100A, allowing precise control of energy flows.

It also includes built-in anti-islanding protection and is approved for ESS applications in many countries, making it suitable for grid-interactive solar installations.

Boost Limited Grid or Generator Power

PowerControl prevents grid or generator overload by automatically limiting battery charging when other AC loads are present.
PowerAssist goes further by supplementing limited grid or generator power with energy from the batteries during peak demand.
When loads drop, excess power is used to recharge the batteries.

This makes the MultiPlus-II GX ideal for areas with weak grids, frequent outages, or generator-supported solar systems.
